The FZAP is an on-line tension sensor designed for real-time monitoring of running line forces in continuous industrial processes, serving effectively as a yarn tension sensor and wire tension transducer for a wide variety of flexible materials such as copper and aluminum wire, polyester fiber, nylon filament, optical fiber cable, fishing line, elastic yarns, and textile yarns. It adopts a single-roller measurement structure that ensures smooth guidance of moving media while maintaining stable and repeatable signal output under dynamic operating conditions. The sensing mechanism is based on radial force transmission through a precision bearing system, where changes in line tension and wrap angle are converted into proportional electrical signals. A ceramic-coated guide wheel is used to reduce surface wear and improve long-term durability, while the compact wheel design enhances measurement accuracy in space-limited installations. Standard measuring ranges include 500g, 1kg, 2kg, and 5kg, making it suitable for light to medium tension applications.
